If there's really a problem with QZ-Tray and Bling, then a representative from Bling should have reached out to us by now. They are a paid client, and we prioritize their support tickets. We have not received any such communication as of this writing.
Bling should never tell you to raise a support ticket to us by yourself. We can probably help you figure out what's wrong, but we can't necessarily make it work for Bling's website.
Please check the functionality of QZ-Tray
without Bling by navigating to
https://demo.qz.io and clicking the "Pixel Printing" tab (screenshot
attached).
Search for your printer, and once
you have it selected, try printing a PDF to it.
Did it print as expected?
Next, please gather logs from your machine and send them in an email to
sup...@qz.io (this email group is public, so I don't want you to share any private information here):

Advanced, Troubleshooting, Zip Logs (To Desktop), attach zip file in email
Please also include the operating system (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and version, as well as the make and model of the printer, and how it is connected (USB, ethernet, WiFi).
