EPSON PRINTER PROBLEM

HI Guys,

Just testing Qz-tray out with a epson Tm-T200II thermal printer and I have got a error : "PrintService is no longer Available". Has anyone had the same?

That is a strange one... Is it USB?  Is there a chance the port lost power (energy settings) or was disconnected?

Restarting QZ Tray should get it working again.  We treat the attached printers as a static listing on startup, so if something changes in the printer configuration after the software was loaded, we would be working from a cached reference, which could have been invalidated on a volatile port.
