I have a network thermal printer Star TSP 100 installed.
When I print from operating system (OSX), everything works.
When I use qz-tray, either by appending html file and printHtml(), or appending a pdf file and printPs(), content is being scaled as if the printer is always A4.
Setting paper size has no effect despite being logged correctly.

Interestingly, on a windows machine, the behavior is somewhat the opposite, where qz-tray print only a small portion of the pdf/html.

Any thoughts on this?
Thank you.

Ok, so by following steps below i was able to solve problem with printPS() of a pdf file:

But now, in printHTML(), text is to big...

But now, in printHTML(), I need to scale down the html, because text is to big...

printHTML uses a very old HTML standard and the font scaling doesn't work for most people's needs.  We'll address this in 2.0 expected before the end of the year.  In the mean time, you can use html2canvas (Print Current Page), ESCP, or PDF.

ESCP is currently our recommended method for receipt printers and performs faster than the 2D solutions you are currently using.
