QZ Tray Not working on Windows 10

               here is an issue with QZ Tray Print out Server application  with windows 10 above 6th generation system for dot matrix printer ... 

when we are trying to connect Dot matrix printer epson 890 fx II and select this is dot matrix printer its showing connected but not giving print out ..

Hi,

Dot matrix printers generally recognize ESC/P (NOT ESC/POS).  Can you share what you are sending? Also, are you using the device driver or have you set the printer up as a raw device?  We have a tutorial for setting it up as raw if needed.

If the device driver does not work, you may try this procedure:

Note, most drivers do NOT require this separate step, but it may help for printers that do not pass-thru raw commands.
