Amazon Buy Shipping and QZ Tray

Hi QZ Tray Support,

I've searched for an answer to this issue.

I'm a seller on Amazon and they are switching to QZ Tray for "one click" shipping via Amazon Buy Shipping. 

The issue I'm having (screen attached) is after printing a 4x6 thermal shipping label via Amazon Buy Shipping QZ Tray is changing my DYMO 4XL default label selection from a 1744901 4x6 size label)to a 30256 (2 5/16" x 4 size label).

When I have to print shipping labels via Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader I have to either change back to the correct 1744901 label size or change the Adobe page sizing options.

Is there any way to fix this issue?

Many sellers on Amazon use Dymo printers and from what information I can gather there is no QZ Tray support for DYMO printers due to their proprietary technology.

Hi,

We generally don't offer direct support for these types of issues.

What I would recommend is that you add a second printer mapping for Amazon to use the label size that works.  This should be as easy as clicking "Add Printer" and then copying over the settings.

Meanwhile if you could email me privately the following:

• Screenshot of the Amazon web page
• Exact name of the product you use through Amazon (we have multiple integrations)
• The name of a technician, support personnel and ticket number.

We've been getting a lot of basic setup questions here and that's not really what we do at QZ.  Instead, we expect companies like Amazon to provide well defined procedures and support to the specificities of their labels and escalate any defects to us.
