qz tray not working with zebra gc420t famous barcode printers .

HI , 

AS WE WORK WITH AMAZON FBA CREATE SHIPPING LABEL OF 4 INCH BY 6 INCH . 

QZ TRAY SEND RIGHT COMMAND TO BARCODE PRINTER TSC TTP BRAND PRINTERS BUT CANT WORK WITH ZEBRA BARCODE PRINTERS . 

PROBLEM INVOLVES . 

OVER ZOOM PRINT ON 4 BY 6 INCH LABEL 

FULL LABEL IS COVER WITH ONLY 20 % INFORMATION . 

WE ALL RECEIVED ORDER FROM  AMAZON YOU REMEMBER OF SHIPPING LABEL SMALL SIZES . 

WITH QZ TRAY THIS CAN COVER WHOLE PAGE WITH 20 % INFORMATION LIKE HALF ADDRESS AND BARCODE ONLY .

WE CHECK ALL PRINTER SETTINGS AND ALL NOTHING RESOLVED . 

OTHER SIDE DIRECT LABEL FROM AMAZON OTHER BROWSER AND OTHER ALL TYPE OF LABELS ACCURATE PRINTED ZEBRA PRINTERS ONLY COMMAND BY QZ IS FAILS TO SUCCESS . 

KINDLY MAKE WAY DEAR TEAM .

We would need an example of the label to help explain what's happening.

Zebra format is very popular and usually best supported.  We recommend using EPL or ZPL label format.

If you are using another format, we can test against that too.

Thanks for attaching that image.

I've printed a lot of labels and I've never seen one this bad before.  It appears something very, very wrong is happening with the printer hardware (not QZ-Tray).

Please send us the RAW code you are using for printing.  We will attempt to reproduce.

If you can zip and attach the logs, that would help.  %appdata%/qz or use the log window to browse there.

We can't test this code without sample data and the logs should have sample data.

Your example has two labels.

First Label:  PDF Amazon.in label:

• First label is a Base64 PDF.  It is NOT 4x6.  Please see screenshot Figure 1 - 5.83 x 8.27
  
• You may attempt to use scaleContent: true, which is default.

Second Label:  ZPL label, unknown origin:

• The other is ZPL/RAW.  It looks OK but it has some strange problem.

1. Why does it have lines that say "true", "true", "true"?  Where did this data come from?  This is not valid ZPL.  Please see screenshot Figure 2 - Invalid ZPL
   
2. The label appears to be cut off.  It does NOT appear to be 4x6, but something larger.  Please see rendering I created using Labelary Online.  Please see Figure 3 - Labelary Online Rendering

I do no see evidence of a problem with QZ Tray.  Please study the data and provide.  Note, some ZPL printers are 300dpi and scaling is off.  This is not a QZ Tray problem and you will need to adjust your logic accordingly.
