There was an error during printing as shown in the picture. We have checked the code and found no problems. We also wrote the check_key_mair function to verify the certificate file and it is OK (self built certificate method). But there was an error during printing. Do you have technical support? We encountered a problem and cannot proceed. The plugin used is 2.2.5, and the JS used is:
<script src=" https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/rsvp @4/dist/rsvp.min.js"></script>
<script src=" https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/qz-tray @2.2.5/qz-tray.min.js"></script>image.png

Li:

Thanks for providing some context. Self-signed keypairs will only work on the machine that created them at first.

The self-signed digital-certificate.txt must be manually added to each user/PC that wishes to use the web app. This is probably the cause of the problem.

If you wish to use a QZ-issued keypair, visit https://buy.qz.io and purchase QZ Tray Premium Support, which allows generation of a key/certificate that can be pushed through the web-app. If you have questions about pricing or terms, we will answer them at sa...@qz.io

If you wish to send logs, we can have a look, but I believe the problem is the use of a self-signed cert:
