How to fix "Connection blocked by client" error?

Hello,

I have experienced Connection blocked by client error. The qz tray was working then, then that happened. I didn't know why. We haven't touched anything. I have reinstalled qz tray, re-add the certificate & private-key.pem from Advanced > Site Manager but same thing happened. Please advise.

It is most likely that the user clicked "block" and "remember this decision"

You can go to Site Manager, and under the "blocked" tab, remove your certificate from the blocked list.

Sorry, but it doesn't have any certificates that were blocked. See screenshot:

Another possible cause is "Block anonymous requests".  As a last resort, delete %apdata%/qz.

Thanks Tres! Deleting %appdata%/qz fixes it.
