unable to connect printer in flipkart thermal printing through qz tray

good morning....I am having problem in connecting my printers for thermal printing as when i am saving my printer for thermal printing it is not saving and the save button becam lighter in colour.. I have tried everything but nothing happens...please tell me whats the issue as it creating alot of problem in my work

You must escalate this with Flipkart.

If you can find your printer and send a test print at https://demo.qz.io then QZ Tray is working as expected. If you're having trouble with the demo site let us know.
