Amazon is supposed to at least make a good faith effort and explain what they tried. You deserve better support from their end.

Next, what is the make and model of the printer?
You can also send me logs, but please do not CC the qz-print list if you are worried about the information in them. Logs may contain the addresses of you or your clients in the print data, for example.
