What kinds of printer does QZ Tray support?

Hello QZ Tray,

We are from RockPOS.com. Our customer is using POS printers from the Stars. They said that it's the most used POS printers in the market (Netherlands).

Currently, they said that when they set up QZ Tray v2.0.7, after they click "Allow" button, a receipt with a lot of weird characters is printed. You can see in this video: http://bonjour-design.nl/vid/2.mp4
And with QZ Tray v1.9.8, they said that no notification is displayed to allow print.

They are using the TSP 100 and TSP100ECO model:

We checked on our site, with AP 250 printer. Everything's ok.

So can you check whether you support these printer models? Please reply me as soon as possible.

Which OS are you using?  The TSP100 does ESC/POS emulation through the driver an historically this hasn't worked for Linux and MacOS.

The video shows Windows 10.

Are you bypassing the print driver?  If so, please install it, use that printer and try again.

Please do testing from demo.qz.io for baseline as it's what we will be using.

It's also worth mentioning that if you use ESC/POS, and the driver is set to Star Line Mode, you will get strange characters as well.  The PDF in the link shows how to switch languages in the Windows driver:
