Hello

QZT can connect to my printer and send to it. However, it says "Sent to Printer" on the printer's queue, then it disappears, without printing.
Have you come thru this b4?

Thanks

Hi,

This could suggest many things... such as 1. Wrong document format, 2. Bad printer driver, 3. Something else.

We can figure out a lot simply by reviewing the logs as they'll have the printer name (which usually includes the make/model) as well as the document format.

Can you send logs to sup...@qz.io?

QZ Tray icon --> Advanced --> Diagnostic --> Zip Logs to Desktop

Then send these in a new email to sup...@qz.io and we can take a look.

Quoting @Lite Finocchiaro's analysis of the logs:

The printers that are found in the logs are as follows:

HP7D08E4 (HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 series)

 Microsoft Print to PDF

 OneNote (Desktop)

 Canon TS3600 series

The print data that is being sent is ZPL, which is a Printer Command Language used by label printers like the Zebra GK420d, for example. None of the above printers are compatible with ZPL, so while the print data is successfully sent, the printer doesn't "know" what to do with it.

... So you'll need to reach out to the company that created your website and see what they have to say about supported hardware.  Best of luck!
