Again, I'm happy to review logs, but Amazon seller flex support must help you with this problem.

We write, support, and maintain QZ Tray, not Amazon's website.

At a glance, it looks like you still need to download and install QZ Tray.

What version of Chrome?

Chrome 147 blocks parts of QZ, you might need to unblock it.
