failed to print with qz tray returned to normal label printing

I can't find this error when searching the group conversations so I'm starting a new one.

I'm running Windows 11 v22H2 build 22621.2283  QzTray v2.2.2+1

I'm an Amazon seller and am using Qz Tray to print our shipping labels.  I have recently started getting the following error message when I attempt to print a label within Amazon Seller Central order fulfillment: "failed to print with qz tray returned to normal label printing"

I've attached the logs in a zip file, if needed.  Any guidance to resolution would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the trouble you're having.

The error appears to be:

Cannot find printer with name "Rollo Printer"

This usually happens if the printer was removed and added and the name has changed.

Since you're using this printing with Amazon, you'll have to reach out to their dedicated support team for technical assistance.  If they find that your issue is a defect with QZ Tray, they'll open a ticket with us.

Thanks for the prompt response.  It's interesting as that printer has never changed since installation.  I can see it on printers/devices too.  I'll reach out to Amazon.

Hmm... well, if the printer is in fact called "Rollo Printer" but we just can't find it, we'd consider that a bug in QZ Tray.

You can see if the printer exists under that name here:

On the left, there's a "Find all printers" button.

If it's there but won't let you print anything to it, I would consider this a problem with QZ Tray (or perhaps a problem with the PC).

Just for the hell of it, I deleted the printer drivers, reinstalled them and it works now.  Makes no sense.
