Gprinter GP-1924D NOT Printing

[TPS CS02]

Hello all, 

Trying to print from web browser using QZ but printer is not responding to print command, however printer is working with its default utility software.

Please share the logs if you are comfortable doing this:

Advanced, Diagnostics, Zip Logs to Desktop.
