QZ Tray Connection Issue with Amazon Seller Flex (India)

Hi QZ Support Team,

I am facing a connection issue while using QZ Tray with Amazon Seller Flex in India. The application is running on my system, but the Amazon portal shows a printer configuration error and is unable to communicate with the software.

I have already tried restarting the app and checking Java settings, but the issue persists. Could you please guide me if there are any specific browser settings required for Amazon India?
