QZ Tray Invalid Signature Error – Need Assistance

Dear QZ Tray Support Team,

I am facing an issue while using QZ Tray with Amazon Seller Flex. Whenever the website tries to access local resources, I receive the following error:

"Cannot verify trust - Invalid Signature"

In the QZ Tray request details, it shows:

• Signature: Missing
• Validity: Invalid Signature

Because of this error, I am unable to connect to my printer and print labels.

I have already tried:

• Restarting QZ Tray
• Restarting the browser
• Clearing browser cache and cookies
• Reinstalling QZ Tray

However, the issue still persists.

Please help me resolve this problem. I have attached screenshots of the error for reference.

Barun:

It looks like you're trying to print from sample.html or demo.qz.io, and not Amazon Seller Central. If that is the case, the invalid signature messages are normal.

The certificate in your screenshot is the one that we include in sample.html and demo.qz.io , and the Allow/Block dialog says that QZ Industries is trying to communicate with your printers, not Amazon Seller Central.

Can you confirm this? 

It is also important that you make an exception for the Amazon Seller Central website if you're using the latest Chrome browser (or Brave, Chrome, etc). Our example shows demo.qz.io, but the Amazon website needs this, too:
