QZ tray software inquiry

Good afternoon,
I’m reaching out requesting some assistance with the QZ tray software, I downloaded the QZ tray software to work with Amazon print connect , prior to yesterday we didn’t need the software to print with Amazon print connect. I don’t know if they made a change that required the software to print. Having to download the software is not the issue, is that now when printing a label printer, it prints the packing list and shipping, prior to that it just printed the shipping label. All we need is the printing label. Is there anyway to set it to print just the shipping label, there doesn’t seem to be an option in Amazon. Please advise if this is something you can help with or point me in the right direction if possible. Thank you
