Hello QZ Tray Team –

I have successfully setup one instance of silent printing via QZ Tray (from ShipERP) on one computer at our DC. When trying to setup silent printing on the other computers – I am unable to get the certificates to be trusted.

Do we need to upgrade our QZ tray subscription or are there other ways to get silent printing to work on these devices as well

Thanks,

Lydia Kaminsky

Lydia:

The self-signed certificate must be manually installed for every user/PC. It will only initially work for the machine that generated it. This is by design.

The QZ-issued certificate is trusted by being pushed from the website and clicking "Remember this decision" and "Allow" on the prompt when loading the page.

When you say "upgrade", are you implying that your organization already has a support license? If so, please share any info you have (product key, purchaser's email), and we can discuss further.

I look forward to your reply.

Kind regards,
