Dear QZ Tray Team,

I am currently facing an issue where the QZ Tray is not connecting with the UrbanPiper Prime application after restarting my system. The UrbanPiper support team has already performed troubleshooting from their end and confirmed that the issue appears to be related to the QZ Tray connectivity.

Hence, I am reaching out to request your assistance in resolving this matter. I have also looped in the UrbanPiper team for coordination and to provide any additional context, if needed.

Looking forward to your support in resolving this at the earliest.

Normally the license holder would reach out to us directly, not the end-user.  This is important because asking end-users to reach out puts an undue burden on the person experiencing the problem to ping-pong between two support channels.  UrbanPiper: DON'T DO THIS.

Furthermore, I checked and I can't find "urbanpiper" in our list of license holders, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and reply with our public mailing list taken OFF of copy assuming that the license is filed under another name.

Typing a formal reply now with the public malign list off of copy...
