configuration in brother ql800 type paper

Hello, I am using qz-tray to print labels from a very simple html template actually, this from a web application and print them on a brother ql800 model labeler, install the qz-tray software and what is necessary to make the connection from java script, and when performing the test if it finds and connects to the printer but sends the message that the paper is not correct, would there be something to configure in the printer driver or in the instructions configured in JS?, I already tried with various types of paper and the result is the same.

Hi,

Can you provide what you're sending now?  We'd love to take a look.  Also any details (such as paper size, the OS you're using) are appreciated.

Some printers are picky and require you to go into the driver settings to set the default paper size but before I speculate too much, I'd like to know the specifics so we can help.

Hi, thanks for such a quick response.
I am using Windows 10, the code is implemented in the vueJS 3 framework, I have Java 8.1 and a JDK 11
The following image includes the function that executes the print request, and within it is the html to be printed.

Thanks.  Do you mind grabbing the {"print"} call from the logs and pasting that?

I'm curious what some of these values are coming through as.

Note also that it might be worth baseline testing with a PDF to see if the problem exists there.

The reason for this is because HTML printing is not tested as thoroughly and there might be a bug we haven't found before.

The error message I receive is the following 

 I have also tried to print directly with the printer driver to see if it was a configuration error but it prints correctly

Thanks!  I was hoping to see a copy/paste of the logs from QZ Tray, specifically the failing "print" line.

17mm x 54mm is very small, I wanted to see what values are going across the wire.

Apparently the styles of the html template affected the size or the margins and that is why it notified that the paper or the size was not correct, in the same way I had to configure the default values of the size in the printer driver and the type of paper like black and red.
