I would like to request a demo or more information about QZ Tray Premium Support, specifically the package that includes:
  • 1 Year QZ-Tray Trusted Key Pair
  • 1 Year QZ-Tray Critical Bug Fix Support
  • 1 Year QZ-Tray 48-Hour Email Support
  • 1 Year QZ-Tray Software Updates
  • 1 Year QZ-Tray Phone Support (by appointment)
My use case is the following:
I am deploying Odoo POS for multiple restaurants and businesses using separate subdomains (e.g., restaurant1.mydomain.com, restaurant2.mydomain.com, etc.). I run a cloud-based infrastructure, and silent printing is very important for my clients.
I have several questions:
  1. If I purchase the Trusted Key Pair, will silent printing work directly from the browser in Odoo POS without showing the Allow/Deny pop-up?
  2. Can the same Trusted Key Pair be used across many Odoo POS subdomains (e.g., 50–70 subdomains for different clients)?
  3. For a cloud POS setup, how exactly does the trusted certificate simplify silent printing for all my customers?
  4. I am currently struggling to implement silent printing using self-signed certificates (local CA, OpenSSL, manual certificate installation, etc.).
    • Will the Trusted Certificate fully eliminate this complexity and solve the Allow/Deny popup issue across all subdomains?
  5. Is it possible to schedule a demo session to understand how the trusted certificate integrates with Odoo POS and how to implement the signing system correctly?
