Brown or black qz icon

It appears that qz is being saved to the document folder and the icon is coming up Black or Brown.The customer is not provided the option of where to have the program download.  What could be causing the icon to be black or brown and not green?

QZ Tray 2.1 uses a white or black icon.  QZ Tray 2.0 uses a green icon.

If the icon is hard to see, it may be a bug with a particular version.  For example, MacOS 11.0 has a bug where it is the wrong color.

QZ Tray 2.0 is no longer maintained and strongly discouraged.

Ah okay. It’s a windows 10 machine. With most recent qz version getting the black icon and not white. I’m having the client make sure the OS is updated and download newest qz version.

It should be black or white depending on the color of the taskbar.  Can you send a screenshot?

Can you please describe the problem?

All I see is a certificate that has been allowed and a PDF being displayed.

Thanks Tres, updating the operating software fixed the issue.
