Qz tray not launching

[MM TT]

I am glad I found this group after searching for help all over the place.

My qz tray running on microsoft surface pro 3, windows 10, and java version 15 (was using version 8, just upgraded.)

When I try to run it, nothing happens.

The message in the debuhgery is below.

Please help, I really need this to work. I have tried reinstalling qz tray as well as java, with no success. I have the latest version of qz tray.
What should I do?

Are you on a multi-user machine? It's possible that QZ-Tray was running on another user's profile, and is still active under the other profile. Since QZ-Tray is a singleton application, it will not launch if it is already running on the same machine, even under another user.

Note: We have not tested against Java 15. We recommend AdoptOpenJDK 11, HotSpot at this time.

To follow up, we connected and I observed your workstation. Since the icon was hidden, launching QZ-Tray a second time resulted in the errors you copied from the logs. This does not affect function, however. It simply closed because QZ-Tray was already running.

Also, since the website you were using is sending ZPL print commands, the A11 printer could not interpret those commands. Most Zebra label printers can print these commands, and other manufacturers also make printers that can print ZPL, like TSC.
