qz tray untrusted website

I have some self signed certificates that I am using to sign all transactions. Every time I get prompted, it's due to the trusted value in the certificate information being "Untrusted website". I have installed my CA as well as the local cert as trusted certs on the local computer and continue to get this message. Any ideas why?

Chris,

Are you using QZ Tray or QZ Print?

QZ Tray only trusts our certificate by default.  To override this, you'll need to recompile until we add the option to our software.

Here's a fork of our code which replaces the trusted certificate:
