qz tray failure error

Dear .

my operating system is windows 10 Pro , 22H2 version , chrome browser , x64 bit ., printer Godex G500 with max 203 Dpi .

i am using qz tray for flipkart shipping lable thermal print but when i enabling thermal printer setting the error message reflecting cannot read properties of undefined ( reading 'map' )   

also alphabets in printout not coming in proper line , 

so please suggest the solution , request you to please share proper qz tray software version link for my operating system and suitable  java version link for my operating system 

because when i am running qz setup some time its asking java Required , so please share suitable software link to install .

This should only occur on old versions of QZ Tray, or if you're running a 32-bit Operating System.

Note, we do not support 32-bit operating systems, however if this is your only choice, the last version of QZ Tray to work with a 32-bit version of Java was QZ Tray 2.1.6.

For technical issues, you may ask questions here, but it's very important that you reach out to your website provider (e.g. Flipkart) first as they may have procedures or workarounds that work best with their website.
