Hello,

anybody tried QZ with Bizerba scale?

It's CWL-Eco in motion scale with WM3 module including USB interface (Virtual COM - FT232R USB UART).

When I try to claim I've got error:
Error: javax.usb.UsbPlatformException: USB error 12: Can't open device Bus 002 Device 031: ID 0403:6001: Operation not supported or unimplemented on this platform

Any help will be appreciated.

Is it running a Virtual COM right now? If so, you will want to use the serial examples, not the HID examples.

Note. Although HID scales all use the same messaging format, serial differs based on manufacturer. You will need to consult your programming manual for that model scale.
