Zebra ZP450 label printing for Amazon Drop Ship Labels, prints too small.

Zebra ZP 450 label printer, QZ Tray current software. Prints Amazon Drop Ship Labels too small.  Prints UPS and USPS shipping labels perfectly.  Has anyone seen this issue?  Resolution?   Thanks, Quick N Brite.

Hi, sorry for the trouble.  Since QZ Tray has no control over the data you receive (the website you use is in charge of this), there's not too much that can be done from our end, we just send what the website tells us to.

Sometimes labels are sent from the website in the wrong DPI (e.g. 203 versus 300) but that would have to be escalated with the website vendor.
