UNDEFINED ERROR MESSAGE

HELLO

I HAVE BEEN USING QZ TRAY PAST FEW YEARS BUT YESTERDAY AN ERROR POPPED UP WHILE PRINTING THAT STATE

cannot read properties of undefined ( reading 'map' )   

MY SYSTEM IS UPDATED AND USING WINDOW 10 62BIT OPERTING SYSTEM. 

I DELETED THE APP AND RE INSTALLED IT MANY TIMES BUT NOTHING CHANGED 

QZTRAY ICON IS ALSO IN BLACK COLOR IN TOOLBAR.

PLEASE HELP ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.

For starters:

Find a printer, try printing a PDF.  If this works, that's a good sign.

What website are you using QZ Tray with?

Gotcha.  Well, that's a good sign!

Have you reached out to Flipkart at all?  The message that you received:

cannot read properties of undefined ( reading 'map' )   

This could be caused by a few things.  We write and maintain our demo page that you printed the PDF from, but Flipkart maintains their own website, so if there's something wrong with the website we wouldn't be able to help.

We could also take the mailing list off of copy and review your logs, but usually these types of errors, specifically those that say "undefined" and "map" are directly related to the website so they wouldn't show up in our logs at all.
