Amazone Printer Not working

Hi Team,

 

I am installing QZ Tray 2.0, but the printer is not working after the installation. When I try to print, I receive an error message, and the print job does not go through.

 

Could you please help me troubleshoot and resolve this issue? Let me know if you need any additional information, such as screenshots of the error or system details.

Sorry for the trouble. Amazon should be your first line of support for problems with their website. We do not have any control over our clients' websites.

We also recommend QZ Tray 2.2.6 (the latest), and Amazon should as well.

All that being said, you might be encountering a well-known problem with the Chrome browser. Check the link below and see if making an exception for the Amazon website (as well as demo.qz.io) fixes the problem:
