Can't access the app

I installed qxmledit on my Debian exactly as it is described in the INSTALL file, but it seems like I can't access the application using bash or app-link in the GUI. Can somebody explain how to use it/access?

Hello, if you start it using bash, what error message, if any, do you see?

The most probable cause of failure if you compiled it on the same computer is the path of dynamic linraries.
