Feature Request: Tweet "Thread" View

It would be nice to see the tweet to which a person has replied.

Couple of iPhone apps have that and it is very useful. The view can
also show a thread of replies.

And, please, try not to commit untested/unfinished code into trunk -
create a branch for yourself and do everything there, and then merge
the changes with the trunk

Humm, well I don't see any advantage just personal preference after
working on both systems (svn & mercurial).
I have worked on both large & small using both svn/mercurial both has
adv/disadvantages.
anyway,
I will keep my personal preference to myself then :)

I sincerely like your humility! It's rare to find in these days.

I was once a Qwit user myself. However I found the flat view of messages time-consuming and counter-productive. I went on to build a web-based client ( http://tdash.org ) of my own.

To relate to this thread, tDash does show parent tweets, and you may find some ideas on what to do (and what not to do :) from there.

something else? (I slept too little and maybe misunderstood something
:) )

Yes. Each tweet would be in a bubble with tail pointing to the photo.
I will try to draw a picture and see how it would look like. If u like
it then I can implement that as well. :) I can use the bubble thing
for convertional view as well.
