Setup dev environment for qwit under Windows

Hi, all

I just want share with you how I Setup dev environment for qwit under
Windows.

1. Download and install full Qt SDK (include Qt Creator)

http://qt.nokia.com/downloads/sdk-windows-cpp

2. Download svn CLI

http://www.collab.net/downloads/subversion/ (need registration)

instead you can download TortoiseSVN http://tortoisesvn.net/downloads

3. Dowmload CMake

http://www.cmake.org/cmake/resources/software.html

After install, startup Qt Creator, create new project from Version
control repository with Subversion.

You need configure svn path in the Qt Creator option if svn.exe can't
be found by default.

That's all, I can build qwit and run it now.
