Good morning;
We have no set development time for the IOS app at the moment but we are currently investigating the integration required for the default apple home kit on all IOs devices and what equipment will be required to integrate to it.
You are able to paste a short cut onto your phones desktop that can direct you to a saved page from the phones web browser straight to your site.

I've written a MQTT gateway using the usb modem on a rasbpberry to controll lights, so if you have any automation at home already (openhab/homekit etc) you can simply control it from phone via openhab/homekit speaking MQTT..
