RX1 dimmer, switches back on at 3%

Hi

I would like some help, I have an issue with rx1 dimmer, i switch it off, and after a few minutes it switches back on at 3%. It has been persistant over the last days, any solution, note I switched it of via the switch, android app, web browser and alexa, every occasion between 2 to 20 mins later the lights come on at 3%.

I have a cloud hub.

a second question, I notice that the Geyser is no more supported in the browser?

Thank you for your post.

I am assuming you are talking about The QS-R-D300 (yellow sticker)?

How old is this unit and where was is purchased?

The geyser controller is still supported in the web browser, what problem are you experiencing?

That unit is still under guarantee then,  so you can either take it back to
where you bought if from to get it swapped over for another unit, or send
it back to QwikSwitch to look at the unit, whichever one is easier for you.
