Wrapping up our 2016 season and looking ahead to 2017 season PLEASE READ!!!

Hello all you Marlins!!!  Hope your fall is off to a great start.  The QV Board met yesterday.  Here are a few things you need to know AND a few things to respond to:

1.  There are many trophies and end of season time sheets unclaimed.  If you were not at the End of Season Banquet we have your trophies.  Contact Lynn Adelmann (lynnad...@verizon.net or 301-980-9894) to pick yours up. 

2.  We have a potential 2017 Board :
A Reps= Susan and Alex Spalding and Lynn Adelmann
B Reps=John Hafer, Victor and Gloria Beltran
Treasurer=Patti Aguilar
Mini Rep=Karen Guilds
Per the Bylaws the community needs to approve the new Board. 
It will be an assumed vote YES for this board unless we hear from you by Oct 10th.
You are welcome to put your name forward if you would like to serve on the board. 

3.  We are looking for a Mini Coach for the 2017 season.  Any QV marlins that are interested may apply.  Deadline is Oct. 15.  Send your resume to

4.  We have parent volunteer positions to fill for 2017: 
Fundraising and Sponsorship can be done throughout the year
Spiritwear
Grill Master
Donut Wednesday
Potluck Coordinator
