Associated package for the QuTiP ecosystem: qutip-bundling

Hi QuTiP developers,

I've released qutip-bundling, an open-source package built on QuTiP that
implements the stochastically bundled dissipator method (Adhikari & Baer,
J. Chem. Theory Comput. 2025, 21, 4142, https://doi.org/10.1021/acs.jctc.5c00145).
This work is with my PhD supervisor, Prof. Roi Baer (co-author on the paper),
who is also a collaborator on the repository.

It tackles Lindblad master equations with a large number of collapse
operators -- where the dissipator's cost grows as O(N^5) per step -- by
replacing the operators with a small set of randomly bundled operators whose
dissipator equals the full one in expectation. This brings the per-step cost
down to O(N^3), with the number of bundled operators independent of system
size.

It's BSD-3 licensed, on PyPI (pip install qutip-bundling), and ships with
tests, a tutorial notebook, and documentation.

I'd love to have it listed as an associated package in the QuTiP ecosystem.
I'm also happy to register it via the QuTiP 5 family-package entry point and
to contribute the tutorial to qutip-tutorials if that's useful.
