Qutip website tutorials unavailable

Hi, I've been trying to learn qutip from scratch, but your tutorial websites (for example, https://nbviewer.ipython.org/urls/raw.github.com/jrjohansson/qutip-lectures/master/Lecture-0-Introduction-to-QuTiP.ipynb), keep returning  ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error.

Extensions off; cleared cache; tried Chrome, Explorer, Firefox - no difference.

Hi Svyatoslav,

It looks like nbviewer broke all of its old URLs somehow. I've created
a PR to update the tutorial links at
(https://github.com/qutip/qutip.github.io/pull/165) but in the
meantime just replace nbviewer.ipython.org with nbviewer.org in the
URL and the tutorial should be accessible again.
