error opening tutorial

hi,
The page isn’t redirecting properly
An error occurred during a connection to nbviewer.ipython.org.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.
I have tried clearing cache but still it not working .
from few days I am not able to open the tutorial code online..it shows error

Hi Bandita,
It looks like nbviewer broke all of its old URLs somehow. I've created
a PR to update the tutorial links at
(https://github.com/qutip/qutip.github.io/pull/165) but in the
meantime just replace nbviewer.ipython.org with nbviewer.org in the
URL and the tutorial should be accessible again.
