to QuTiP: Quantum Toolbox in Python

Rydberg atom is very hot topic in quantum optics, and I want to know How to construct a PXP model with the QUTIP package or other package such as TenPy or Quspin.

The QUTIP package has many useful function to simulate the dynamics with phase-controlling, and I want to know how to combine such things to a matrix product states or some quantum manybody problems.
