Installing qutip version 4.

Dear all,

I posted the same message before, but it seems to me that it was not properly exposed to the group. Please understand I post this once more.

I did some studies for installing previous version of qutip.

What I just have realized is that installing qutip with python version >3.11 gives errors (please see the my previous post https://groups.google.com/g/qutip/c/TS70dqsPIoU).

I really need qutip version 4 since I have been using so many customized codes (modifying source codes) I have developed for my research, which only works at qutip 4, not 5.

Rolling back python version or making virtual environment for this purpose is a little bit tiresome.

Would you please check this together and keep open the possibility of using previous version of qutip with the latest version of python?
