About time dependence Hamiltonian

Hi everyone, 

I'm trying to run Rabi model Hamiltonian with linearly increasing coupling factor lambda.

t (0s-2ms increase non-adiabatically)

H_QRM = wa/2*simgaz +wf*a.dag()a+lambda(sm+sm.dag())(a+a.dag)

But seems like it does not fit with my prediction(I`m not sure also this prediction is right). Is there anything that I have to be careful about when I run mesolve with time-dependent Hamiltonian?
