Losing some data records

Yesterday, I noticed some data missing from the application, for no
apparent reason. Some ayat were missing from Surat Qaf. The ayat
included some that were used in a topic. I noticed that the topic no
longer includes these ayat.
At this time, I have no explanation of this. The application did not
have any functionality to delete any ayat, as this data is read only.
I've fixed the data, but keep a watch on this.
