Dear brothers and sisters,
As we are about to finish the blessed month of Ramadan, we thank Allah for giving us this month to strengthen our faith and improve our selves.
For years, ICNA NY has been working towards providing social services, education, outreach and spiritual development to better our society and portray the true meaning of Islam. By Allah’s grace ICNA NY has been distributing free Islamic literature in all five boroughs of NY, brought the youth closer to Allah and His deen, providing free Islamic classes to new Muslims, and giving free school supplies to the needy kids.
In order to continue this work, we need your help. As a supporter of ICNA NY, your donation will make a difference and further the reach of our efforts. Click here to Donate...

Our Dawah Work
Educating our friends, neighbors and fellow Americans about Islam is a responsibility of every Muslim living in the US. ICNA NY has been taking this responsibility seriously. One of the objectives of ICNA NY is to setup Dawah tables in different parts of the City and in festivals. Our Dawah team distributes the free copies of the Quran, fliers and other Dawah related Islamic literature to the people on the streets.
Below are some of the recent Dawah booths ICNA NY has setup in community festivals.

New Muslim Classes
Since 2006, these classes are servicing students know and live by Islam, who are recently reverted and for the bigginers.
During the last 10 years, hundreds of brothers and sisters benefited from these courses. They help them to improve their basic Tajweed by identifying the alphabets for Quranic phonetics, correctly read Surah's that are mostly read in Salat; know about everyday fiqh and the Seerah of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

Back to School Giveaway Project
Hundreds of needy families are given free school bags filled with school supplies, serving around 6,000 children from needy households. These programs are aimed to serve those who are in need, no matter their race, religion or gender.
This project is an embodiment of the teachings of Islam, as the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) himself said “Whoever goes to bed while his neighbor is hungry is not a true believer”.
