The meaning of 43:45 was revealed

Verse 43:45 is not addressed to Muhammad. It is addressed to you, reader of the Quran, in this generation and the following generations.

وسءل من أرسلنا من قبلك من رسلنا أجعلنا من دون الرحمن ءالهة يعبدون
Ask those We sent before you of Our messengers: Have We ever designated any gods to be worshipped besides the Almighty?

I posted the following signs about this verse and its connection with 36:14 in the year 2020 under the topic COVID-19 but I did not realize then that the messengers in 43:45 are the same messengers in 36:14
