The instagram page 1500tasvir(meaning 1500 image) today provided proof of the November 2019 massacre in Iran when the government completely shut down the Internet.
About a month after the carnage, Reuters reported
"About 1,500 people were killed during less than two weeks of unrest that started on Nov. 15. The toll, provided to Reuters by three Iranian interior ministry officials, included at least 17 teenagers and about 400 women as well as some members of the security forces and police."
1500tasvir explains that according to the statistics published by Iran's national organization for civil registration, the week of 2019-11-23 thought 2019-11-29 has had the highest number of deaths even compared to the weeks after the COVID-19 pandemic. That week saw approximately 1500 more death registrations compared to the previous week and as the evidence shows this is due to the people who were killed during the uprising.

The man on the video says (in Farsi) that the Lake Urmia(once the sixth-largest saltwater lake on earth) that has now turned into a desert is representative of Iran that is being destroyed.
