46:10 Say; what if it is from God and you disbelieve in it? and a witness from amongst the Children of Israel has borne witness to something like this and then he believed, while you turned arrogant. God does not guide people who commit injustice.
In his footnote to this verse, Rashad Khalifa wrote: "This witness is Rabbi Judah the Pious (11th Century A.D.), who discovered the same 19-based mathematical code in intact fragments of the scripture"
This post will prove with mathematical certainty that the witness in this verse is in fact Rashad Khalifa himself.
Let's start with 46:8

When I was studying 46:10, because the verse contains the phrase القوم الظلمين, I studied the occurrences of the this phrase in the Quran
There are 22 occurrences. 46:10 is the 19th
