السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
Al-Quran القرأن

English Translation of Al-Quran
[44]. Surah Ad-Dukhan (The Smoke)
Ayat 43. Verily, the tree of Zaqqum,
Ayat 44. Will be the food of the sinners,
Ayat 45. Like boiling oil, it will boil in the bellies,
Ayat 46. Like the boiling of scalding water.
Ayat 47. (It will be said) "Seize him and drag him into the midst of blazing Fire,
Ayat 48.”Then pour over his head the torment of boiling water,
Ayat 49. "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous!
Ayat 50. "Verily! This is what you used to doubt!"
Tafseer of Surah Ad-Dukhan Ayat 43 to 50. Now follows a word-picture of the horrors to which Evil must lead us. What human language and what figures of speech can adequately describe them? The opposite of "delicious Fruits" is the terrible tree of Zaqqum, which is further described in 37:62-68. Also see 17:60, Ayat 44. Will be the food of the Sinful. Ayat 45. Like molten brass; it will boil in their insides. Ayat 46. Like the boiling of scalding water. Ayat 47. (A voice will cry: "Seize ye him and drag him into the midst of the Blazing Fire! Ayat 48. "Then pour over his head the Penalty of Boiling Water, Ayat 49.”Taste thou (this)! Truly wast thou mighty, full of honor! In this particular Surah the besetting sin we are considering is the arrogance born of place or power, wealth or honor, as understood in this world. The punishment of ignominy looks back to the kind of sin which is to be punished. Ayat 50. "Truly this is what ye used to doubt!" When the Punishment becomes a realized fact, how foolish will those who doubted whether there would be a Hereafter?.
Hadith الحدیث

English Translation of Hadith
Hazrat Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported: When the last ten nights (of Ramadan) would begin, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ [SAWW](PBUH) would keep awake at night (for prayer and devotion), awaken his family and prepare himself to be more diligent in worship.
[Al-Bukhari Book 03, Chapter 32, Hadith # 241].
Lesson : as mentioned above the entire month of Ramadan is a spring season for virtues, worship and obedience of Allah, but its last ten days are the peak of this season of worship. Therefore, one must strive hard in the last ten days and nights of this month to follow the practice of the Prophet ﷺ [SAWW](PBUH), to seek the Pleasure of Allah and to attain the benefits of Lailat-ul-Qadr, which occurs during this period. The Prophet ﷺ [SAWW](PBUH) used to make special arrangement for observing Itikaf, and we must also follow this practice of his.
