English Translation of Al-Quran
[54] Surah Al-Qamar [The Moon]
Ayat 32. And indeed, We have made the Qur’an easy to understand and remember, then is there any that will remember (or receive admonition)?
Tafseer of Surah Al-Qamar (The Moon) Ayat 32. And We have indeed made the Qur´an easy to understand and remember: then is there any that will receive admonition? Every Muslim has the responsibility of learning the Quran and teaching it to others. Teaching and conveying the message of the Quran is the responsibility of Muslims. If we truly believe that the Quran is the sole guidance, then we must respect and honor it, read and recite it properly, understand it, implement it in our everyday life and teach it to others. Conveying and clarifying the Quran is its right.
Hadith الحدیث
English Translation of Hadith
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ [SAWW](PBUH) said, "He who does not memorize any part from the Qur'an he is likes the ruined house.''
[At-Tirmidhi Hadith # 2913]
Lesson: as mentioned above in Surah Al-Qamar Ayat 32. And indeed, We have made the Qur’an easy to understand” and in Surah Al-Ahzab Ayat 34. “Recited in your houses of the Verses of Allah and Al Hikmah” This Hadith means that the heart of that Muslim is devoid of grace of spiritualism and Grace of Allah who does not remember by heart any portion of the Qur'an, in the same way as a deserted house is deprived of inhabitants and Blessings of Allah. What we learn from this is that every Muslim must remember some portion of the Qur'an so that he is safe from the admonition mentioned in this Hadith.
