[03] Surah Al-Imran [The Family of Imran]
Ayat 56. "As to those who disbelieve, I will punish them with a severe torment in this world and in the Hereafter, and they will have no helpers."
Ayat 57. And as for those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah) and do righteous good deeds, Allah will pay them their reward in full. And Allah does not like the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers).
Tafseer of Surah Al-Imran Ayat 56. "As to those who distrust in Allah and reject faith, Allah will punish them with terrible agony in this world and in the Hereafter, nor will they have anyone to help we learn from this Ayat Allah only accept complete obedience and faith, believing some and refusing which does not costume your prerequisites this arrogance is not tolerable by Allah." 57. "As to those who believe and work righteousness, Allah will pay them (in full) their reward; but Allah love not those who do wrong."
English Translation of Hadith
Hazrat Ibn `Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) said: The Messenger of Allah 
[SAWW](PBUH) said, "If Allah afflicts punishment upon a nation, it befalls the whole population indiscriminately and then they will be resurrected and judged according to their deeds.''
[Al-Bukhari Chapter 88, Hadith # 224].
Lesson: as mentioned above in Surah Al-Imran Ayat 56. "As to those who disbelieve, I will punish them with a severe torment in this world and in the Hereafter" When Allah's punishment comes to pass, it does not distinguish between the upright and the wicked. However, the pious people will be saved from punishment after their death while the wicked ones will be punished in the Hell. May Allah save us from all types of punishments.
